Kate was fantastic, and made me feel held through this entire process. She was always available to answer my questions when I had them (and I had many), and her knowledge of old homes and construction was invaluable as she was able to identify areas that might be of concern or point out features that were really wonderful. She was especially lovely for me as someone buying a home by myself for the first time, making me feel like I had someone in my corner.
